The 45-storey Grosvenor House West Marina Beach hotel is set to open in Dubai Marina in May.

The Le Méridien property will boast 217 sea-facing rooms and 205 apartments overlooking the marina. The top 11 floors will be dedicated to the Grosvenor Club, which will offer premium executive accommodation and a lounge on the 44th floor with an observation deck.

The entire fourth floor will comprise of spa and fitness facilities with the Retreat Health & Spa offering seven treatment rooms, a hair and nail studio, Cleopatra baths, steamrooms, saunas and spa pools. There will also be private rooms available.

As well as a choice of bars and restaurants, there will be a ballroom and meeting rooms and general manager Pam Wilby said she expects a 60:40 split between business and leisure guests.
