Green light for £80m Hinckley scheme
A five-screen cinema operated by Cineworld is to form part of a new £80m development in Hinckley, Leicestershire, after the scheme was given the green light by the government.
The Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership is leading the project and has been given approval to proceed with securing ownership of the remaining land on the town's bus station site.
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council leader Stuart Bray said: "This is fantastic news for the town and means we shall soon start to see things happening."
