Grossman to be chair designate for National Museums Liverpool
The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport has appointed Loyd Grossman OBE as chair designate of the National Museums Liverpool Board of Trustees.
Grossman will serve as a trustee until the end of March 2005 when the current chair, David McDonnell, stands down. Grossman will then take over as chair.
National Museums Liverpool consists of seven museums and galleries and a Conservation Centre. The museums and galleries include the Liverpool Museum, Museum of Liverpool Life, Walker Art Galley, Lady Lever Art Gallery, Sudley House, Merseyside Maritime Museum and the HM Customs and Excise National Museum.
