Ground broken at Palazzo Versace Dubai resort
Construction work has begun at the second Versace Group resort, the Palazzo Versace in Dubai, UAE.
The AED2.8bn (£406m, 598m euro, US$766m) resort will be situated on the banks of Dubai Creek and will comprise 215 suites, a spa and restaurants.
The project has been undertaken by the Emirates Sunland group – a joint venture between the Sunland Group and Emirates International Holdings.
