H Zone opens in Stafford
Stafford Borough Council (SBC) has opened the H Zone at Stafford Leisure Centre – a fitness suite designed to encourage children to participate in physical activity.
The council appointed fitness equipment supplier Pulse to design and deliver the facility.
Pulse supplied its Dance Machine, Active Wall and Active Floor as part of the £75,000 project.
The centre has been jointly funded between SBC and primary care trust in a pledge to encourage youngsters to lead a healthier lifestyle and to tackle the growing childhood obesity problems.
