Harwood adds Prince of Wales to lakeside collection
The Harwood family has acquired the Prince of Wales hotel in Grasmere, Cumbria, from Bridgehouse Hotels for an undisclosed sum.
The 72-room lakeside hotel’s amenities include a restaurant, a health and fitness club, a swimming pool and conference facilities.
A spokesperson for the Harwood family, which also owns the Craig Manor Hotel in Windermere, said the property is to be renamed the Waterside Hotel and that it will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment programme. Details: www.savills.com
