Health club on Queen Mary 2

Health resort operator Canyon Ranch will design and run a health and fitness club on board Queen Mary 2, the new flagship of Cunard Line.

The Queen Mary 2, a 150,000-ton ocean liner, is expected to enter into service in late 2003, and will feature 20,000sq ft of spa, beauty and fitness facilities. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub will offer 24 treatment rooms, a gym and weight room, therapy pool and whirlpool as well as thermal suite, juice bar, healthy living workshops and the opportunity to take yoga and tai chi classes.
