Heathcote rolls out northern eateries
Celebrity chef Paul Heathcote is rolling out three new restaurants in northern England.
Earlier this month, the Olive Press Pizzeria Bar and Grill opened to the public in Clitheroe, Lancashire, and another Olive Press is set to open in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire.
In addition, a Spanish restaurant called Grado is due to open in Manchester Piccadilly by the end of 2007.
A spokesperson for the chef said: “Our aim is for each restaurant in the Heathcotes portfolio to be unique and individual, but with the same core values: a passion for quality, fresh ingredients, exceptional cooking and beautiful surroundings.”
Heathcote’s portfolio now includes fifteen restaurants.
