Hilton Hotels to sell 10 European sites
Hilton Hotels Corporation is reportedly to sell 10 of its European sites to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund for around £375m.
According to The Times, Hilton is due to agree the sale tomorrow (24 April), just as the company completes its sale of the Scandic Hotels chain to EQT for US$1.1bn (£540m).
Hilton will continue to manage the hotels in the deal with Morgan Stanley, which recently bought 13 hotels from the Japanese company All Nippon Airways.
