Hilton Rabat changes hands
Casablanca, Morocco-based Risma Holdings have acquired the five-star Hilton Rabat hotel for US$89m (£43m, 64m euro) from Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.
The 269-room hotel houses six restaurants and facilities include open-air swimming pool, a health spa, health and fitness club, four tennis courts and a golf driving range.
Yves Marchal, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “The Hilton Rabat has considerable scope for future extensions, which made it an attractive investment for hotel chains.”
