Hilton expands in India
Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened its second property in India, the 171-room Hilton Mumbai International Airport.
The hotel, developed within an existing structure designed along the lines of a 19th-century summer palace, is Hilton Worldwide's third in India - the others are Hilton New Delhi Janakpuri and Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket. Guest rooms are decorated in different shades of wood and feature cream and beige soft furnishings, while facilities include The Brasserie and Imperial China restaurants and two lounges.
Also available are a fitness room, swimming pool, 7,696sq ft (715sq m) of function space - which includes a 2,420sq ft (225sq m) ballroom - and a business centre with four meeting rooms.
