Holiday Inn opens at Gunwharf Quays
A 130-room Express by Holiday Inn hotel has opened at Gunwharf Quays, the waterfront mixed-use development on Portsmouth Harbour.
To be managed under brand franchise by Kew Green Hotels, the 95,000sq ft hotel – situated in Market Square area and opposite the new Grosvenor Casino – has been taken on a 35 year lease.
Described as a ‘limited service concept’, guests will be charged by the room on a bed and continental breakfast basis. The hotel will be offering a special Christmas opening rate until the end of the year. Details: www.hiexpress.co.uk
