Holmes Place club for Madrid
Holmes Place Iberia opened a new club in Madrid last month – its fourth in the city.
Holmes Place Dehesa, located in the Alegra shopping centre, measures 3,600sq m (38,750sq ft) and offers a fitness suite, a heated pool made from stainless steel and a spa area including sauna, hydrotherapy and Turkish baths.
The fitness suite offers a variety of classes including pilates, group cycling and Les Mills programmes such as BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT.
Personal training is central to the club’s philosophy, where the stated objective is to help members achieve the best possible results in the fastest, safest and most personalised way.
The club is the only facility in the Holmes Place chain with two paddle tennis courts. It also offers 2,500 free parking spaces for members and a café.
A beauty salon, which will offer a wide range of treatments including massages, is scheduled to open in January 2009.
Holmes Place Iberia, which encompasses Holmes Place and Europolis, has more than 100,000 members across 29 clubs in Spain and Portugal.
