Holz replaces Lacroix at Euro Disney
Karl Holz has been appointed as the new chair and chief executive of Euro Disney, following the surprise announcement that Andre Lacroix was leaving the company.
The announcement comes just three months after Lacroix oversaw a E1.7bn (US$2.15bn, £1.17bn) capital reorganisation which secured the resort’s future.
Holz, the company’s president and chief operating officer – and former senior vice president of Walt Disney World operations – takes over the position with immediate effect.
Lacroix said he was leaving Euro Disney to pursue other opportunities.
