Hotel Chocolat to open hotel in Saint Lucia
UK-based chocolatier and cocoa grower, Hotel Chocolat, has announced plans to open The Hotel Chocolat, a boutique hotel set within the company's own cocoa plantation in Saint Lucia, West Indies.
The first six guesthouses - Cocoa Cottages - will open their doors on 28th February 2011 will offer views of Saint Lucia's iconic Piton Mountains.
An additional eight larger "über-luxury" Cocoa Villas are due to open in the second half of 2011.
Facilities will include a spa and massage pavilion and a pool clubhouse.
Guests will be able to choose from a range of cocoa-infused massages and treatments, which are delivered by the hotel's in-house spa team.
