A quirky gothic revival styled building will be the home of the latest Hotel du Vin & Bistro which is due to open in Brighton in October.

The hotel will offer 33 bedrooms with larger than average bathrooms, three suites offer side by side baths with sea views and one boasts an 8ft bath and private roof terrace. Facilities will also include a bistro with up to 90 covers, a 48-cover private dining room, a cellar dining room with 15 covers and courtyard area catering for up to 30. Visitors can also taste wine in the original wine cellar and play billiards on the balcony.

This is the fifth hotel from co-founders Robin Hutson and Gerard Bassett. The company is looking at other sites across the UK, but have yet to announce locations.
