German ride manufacturer HUSS Park Attractions is set to reveal a new ride concept at the IAAPA Asian Expo in Bangkok on 27-29 June – King Kong.

The family ride, which will be officially launched by the end of 2007, has a highly themed exterior and surroundings and numerous special effects. It has been developed in conjunction with animation and theming specialist Heimo Animated Attractions Mordelt GmbH and Co. KG.

“King Kong adds a whole new dimension to our range of attractions,” said HUSS Park Attractions president, Wolfgang Richter.

“It is the first time we have added a full range of special effects and such detailed theming to one of our rides working in co-operation with a specialist theming and animation company, and this has allowed us to create something very special. The concept is based on a story known throughout the world and we are confident it will be extremely popular and great fun to ride.”
