IFA enters South African resort market
UAE-based group IFA Hotels & Resorts has entered the wildlife resort market in South Africa by acquiring a 50 per cent stake in a joint venture company, formed to buy the Legend Golf & Safari Resort development.
The US$411m (301m euro, £203m) Legend property will include a hotel with a spa and wellness centre. It will launch in November as part of the Big Five Entabeni Safari Reserve in South Africa’s Limpopo Province.
