ISPA Foundation starts Mary Tabacchi scholarship submissions
The International Spa Association (ISPA) Foundation is inviting students to submit applications for the Mary Tabacchi Scholarship.
Created in 2006, the scholarship was named after the spa industry pioneer and the US-based Cornell University Associate Professor Mary H Tabacchi, Ph.D, R.D.
ISPA Foundation president Edwin Neill III said: “With the scholarship and newly released textbook Spa: A Comprehensive Introduction as viable resources, we are helping to grow the next generation of industry leaders.”
Dr Tabacchi added: “The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage young, qualified graduates to join the wonderful profession of spa development. Leadership comes in many forms. I believe this scholarship is crucial for the future of the spa industry and is one of ISPA’s most important endeavours.” Details: experienceispa.com/ISPAFoundation
