Iberia’s non-stop to Uruguay from Madrid
Iberia Airlines will be launching flights between its Madrid hub and Montevideo on 6 July.
The new route will be the only non-stop flight between Madrid and the Uruguayan capital and will cut the current fastest travel time by three hours.
The route will initially operate three times a week with Airbus A340-300s, offering 250 seats in three classes of cabins.
Montevideo will be the twentieth destination in the region for Iberia and the fifteenth served non-stop.
