Icelandic facility to launch in November
The 1.25m euro (£30.85m, US$1.69m) Northern Light Spa is on schedule to open at the Hotel Selfoss, Iceland, in November.
The Northern Light Spa will have four treatment rooms, a steamroom, sauna, rainwater showers, a relaxation room, fireplace, lounge, juice bar and ice area.
Consultant Knut Buengen from Germany-based Klafs headed up the spa design and development which will be operated as an independent business but in full co-operation with hotel management.
