Ichi restaurant opens at Park Plaza hotel
Ichi Sushi & Sashimi Bar, a Japanese-style restaurant, has opened at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel on the South Bank in London.
The 30-cover restaurant's food is prepared by a team of chefs led by master sushi chef Sadayuki Okamoto, who began in his career as a sushi chef in Japan more than 30 years ago.
The eatery adds to the hotel's existing restaurant offer, which also includes Brasserie Joël, espressamente illy coffee bar and Primo Bar.
