Imperial War Museum exhibitions to mark 9/11 anniversary
Imperial War Museum (IWM) is to mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with the opening of two new exhibitions.
Opening at IWM London for six months from the end of August, the Memory Remains exhibition will contain a series of photographs of the inside of Hangar 17 - the hangar at JFK Airport in which debris from the site of the attacks was stored.
IWM will also host the In the Spotlight exhibition, a collection of artefacts from the World Trade Centre, for one year from September, at its Manchester site.
