Indian hospitality sector investment for Ansal
Indian real estate developer Ansal Properties and Infrastructure is to invest in the hospitality and spa sector in a new venture with Ambience Hospitality Management Pvt.
The joint project will see the construction of 30 hotels in India over the next 10 years in a variety of sectors including golf and spa-orientated hotels. Among the first properties to be built will be a palace hotel in Jodhpur, India, and a golf resort in Lucknow, both of which will be operated in the luxury segment.
