"Indoor outdoor" product for Soho Gyms
Independent health club chain Soho Gyms has launched a new initiative which it hopes will help members get the full benefit of using a traditional indoor cross-trainer while outside and on the move.
Called Freecross, the new piece of equipment is a blend between a traditional static cross-trainer and a bicycle.
Manufactured in Germany by Bonn-based FreeCross GmbH, the product has been designed to strengthens arms, shoulders, chest, abdominals, back and legs.
Soho Gyms has also created several bespoke training plans for members to help get the most from the equipment.
In addition to the training plans and routes, Soho Gyms will also be hosting one-to-one sessions headed up by the head of personal training at Soho Gyms, Tony Lyons.
