Initiatives begin at Willow Stream spas
A number of new marketing packages have been introduced throughout Fairmont’s signature Willow Stream Spa portfolio.
The first is called ‘So Spa’. Short for social spa-ing, this initiative is intended to target a number of different markets, including individuals, with the So Spa Solo and groups with So Spa Parties, including the assistance of a ‘Spa Concierge’ to create a bespoke wellness package for the group.
Another new concept is the Gratitude Circle. This encourages local spa guests to register their unofficial group of friends at their local Willow Stream Spa, whether that is a golf team, or simply a group of friends. They then select a registered charity or not-for-profit group to receive a percentage of spa sales every time they use the spa. Willow Stream then offers a total of 10 per cent of the total bill to that charity.
There are currently 10 signature locations for Willow Stream Spa including Fairmont Scottsdale in Arizona, US, The Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, The Fairmont Acapulco Princess in Mexico, and The Fairmont Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Details: willowstream.com
