International Fitness Week comes to a close
Fitness First clubs around the world hosted special events during International Fitness Week (1-7 Feb), a campaign that encouraged people to 'find what works for you' and get active.
Each day of the week was themed. On the Monday, for example - which had a 'health' theme - clubs in Hong Kong offered free body MOTs. France held a weight loss and health seminar on the Tuesday: 'shape' day.
In the UK, on 'career fit' day (Thursday), emergency service workouts tested people's fitness levels against those of the police/fire service.
And on the Friday - 'business day' - clubs in the Philippines held postural analysis workshops for sedentary office workers.
