International Spa Association Foundation publishes new textbook
The International Spa Association (ISPA) Foundation has teamed up with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute to develop a new textbook.
Entitled Spa: A Comprehensive Introduction, the book is an in-depth examination of a range of subjects, including the history and cultural development of spas and daily spa operating procedures.
A video has been released alongside the book, with material corresponding to each chapter. The video includes interviews with leading spa professionals and showcases a number of top spas.
The textbook was developed by a committee of spa professionals, led by former ISPA chair and ISPA Foundation President John Korpi. Details: experienceispa.com
