Italian Fine Foods Exhibition to be Held in East London
Hoxton Apprentice, the social enterprise restaurant run by the charity Training for Life, is bringing the finest food and wine of the Italian region of Abruzzo to Hoxton, East London this autumn.
As part of a study exchange programme to Italy for Hoxton Apprentice’s trainees, the exhibition will showcase the finest of the region’s food and wine industry at Hoxton Apprentice restaurant on Friday 9 September between 10.30am and 4pm.
Featuring producers, growers and representatives from Sviluppo Italia Abruzzo and Regione Abruzzo, exhibition attendees will be able to sample the flavours, textures and aromas of the region’s foods, which are naturally produced using traditional Italian methods.
