January 2004 opening for new Duiven sports club
Sports and Leisure Group starts pre-sales on its newest club in Duiven, The Netherlands, next month.
The 2,500sq m club will operate under the company’s Capital Sports brand, and will include a 300sq m gym area, two 250sq m aerobics studios.
There will also be a spinning room, a 10 x 16m swimming pool with moveable floor and a health and beauty suite with tanning beds, in and outdoor sauna and treatment rooms. Other facilities will include a café and day nursery and creche.
Due to launch in January, the club needs 1,500 members to break even and will offer bronze, silver and gold memberships.
The company has other Capital Sports clubs in Goes, Bergen op Zoom and Vianen.
