Jubilee Hall Trust has just been recognised as an Investors in People organisation for the fourth time.

This makes the charity one of only 3,000 organisations nationwide to have held the accreditation for ten years or more.

The assessor - who interviewed a third of the staff chosen at random - found that the Trust not only met the standard, but also demonstrated some outstanding strengths as an organisation.

These included employees showing a really good understanding of the aims of the charity as well as frequently demonstrating the values of being Passionate, Inclusive, Productive, Enterprising and Supportive.
