As outgoing President, this will be my last e-zine address. I have enjoyed my term as President and particularly with the board and Kim's assistance, the presentation of the Business Skills Work Shops across the country. We are continuing with new education and training initiatives in the future and appreciate your input and feedback on what would benefit your business as an AALARA member.

I look forward to welcoming incoming President Robert Bradley from Royal Life Saving Australia at this year's AGM and I know he will work hard to ensure a successful term as President.
