Kenmore to develop City Wharf
Edinburgh-based property group Kenmore has recently gained planning consent to redevelop Aberdeen’s City Wharf on Shiprow, Union Street, as a 150,000sq ft (14,000sq m) mixed-use leisure complex, which is expected to cost £26m.
The Accor Hotel Group has already secured space on the site for a 106-room Ibis hotel.
Other facilities will include a casino, a bar, a restaurant and a health and fitness club.
Shiprow is also home to the Maritime Museum. Details: www.kenmore.co.uk
