Kenya travel warning revised
The Foreign Office has revised its Travel Advice for Kenya issued on 15 May.
Whilst now not advising against non-essential travel, the notice indicates that there is still a high risk of terrorism in Kenya and recommends vigilance at all times.
The Department of Transport has informed British airlines that the ban on British carriers flying to Nairobi has been lifted. A similar announcement regarding Mombasa airport will hopefully be made in the near future. Details: www.fco.gov.uk
