Kids presenter scoops Australian fitness award
Scott Ehler has won the title of Fitness Professional of the Year at the Australian Fitness Industry Awards, held at Darling Harbour’s Convention Centre in Sydney.
Ehler won New South Wales Fitness Professional of the Year in 2004, which put him in the running for the national award. He is best known as one half of Active Kidz, an award-winning TV programme, which aims to educate children about the importance of healthy lifestyles and fitness in a fun way.
“We are committed to providing fun and good times for young people while getting them active,” said Ehler on receiving the award.
The awards were launched by the Australian Fitness Network to recognise the contribution of individuals to country’s fitness industry.
