Kingsdown Park sold to Tingdene
Edward Symmons Hospitality & Leisure has sold Kingsdown Park Holiday Village in Kent to Tingdene Holiday Parks for more than £2m.
The six-hectare holiday park located on a cliff top at Kingsdown offers a private beach, 149 chalets and a private house.
The park’s Goodwins Club offers a 72-cover function room with a bar, while the Kingsdown Club houses an indoor swimming pool with children’s pool area and changing facilities, as well as a games area, 48-cover bar and shop.
On-site facilities include a tennis court, badminton and crazy golf.
Matthew Gibbard of Tingdene Holiday Parks said: “Kingsdown Holiday Village is highly sought after and its acquisition fits in perfectly with our strategy of continued growth in this sector of the marketplace”
