LA Fitness launches online matchmaking club for members

Following the success of LA Speed Dating, health club operator, LA Fitness, is extending its matchmaking idea to the internet with LA Match, an online dating club that will launch in late September.

The site – www.lafitness.co.uk/dating – already has a database of hundreds of single men and women and was part-inspired by a recent LA Fitness survey that found as many as 63 per cent of its single members believed they could potentially meet a partner in the gym.

The website launch party, with 200 single people, will be on 24 September in Holborn, London.
