LPF to hold Experience Economy seminar
The Leisure Property Forum (LPF) is to hold an evening seminar at London Business School next week entitled The Experience Economy.
Speakers at the event are Chris Voss, professor of operations and technology management and foundation chair in management, technology and learning at London Business Scholl and PY Gerbeau, chief executive of X-Leisure.
Professor Voss and his team have identified key challenges and imperatives for effective experience management after researching the leisure industry.
Copies of the research report Trends in the Experience and Service Economy: the Experience Profit Cycle, will be distributed to delegates.
The evening is being hosted by Capital & Regional – parent company of X-Leisure – and has been rescheduled from March last year.
The seminar takes place from 6pm on Wednesday 19 May.
Next month, the organisation will also be holding a seminar on London 2012 and Major Sporting Events.
Being held on 10 June, the evening will be hosted by consultants, PMP and property company, Donaldsons. Details: Cathy Greenwell, LPF administrator, +44 (0)20 8547 8494 or [email protected]
