German wellness destination Lanserhof Tegernsee is hosting an Aura Week from 17-24 October, with an aim to help guests better understand their own nature and use their creative potential more effectively.

Medial consultant Martin Zoller and spiritual teacher, medial life coach and author Oazis Zoller will give individual talks and lectures during the week.

Martin Zoller works with governments, state security services and law enforcement agencies to analyse and interpret energy fields emitted by humans – their aura – and advises in matters related to work and partnerships, as well as legal and political situations.

Oazis Zoller has developed a ‘Soul Map Technology,’ which sheds light on the connection between spirituality and quantum physics. She teaches on how to be happier and achieve the best results in life.

Lanserhof Tegernsee is also offering a new Fascial Fitness programme. Exercising fascia, the collagenous connective tissue found in the body, is said to improve physical performance on multiple levels. fascia training is aimed to aid recovery from muscle strain injuries in sports and chronic pain and used as general balance training. It involves fascia rolls, gentle counter-movements, flexing and stretching, as well as sensomotoric exercises, and can also improve posture and release tension.
