Lara Croft show attraction to stay at Adventure World for one more month
Days before the Lara Croft Tomb Raider Live! Attraction at Adventure World in Perth, Australia, was due to leave the park, the operator has announced it will remain for a further month.
Adventure World marketing manager Renata Patniotis said: “The demand from the people of Perth to experience Lara Croft Tomb Raider Live! Has been unprecedented.”
“We have been inundated with requests to keep the attraction a little while longer and are fortunate enough to be able to keep Lara Croft Tomb Raider Live! for another month.”
The attraction is a walk-through maze with live action theatre designed to scare guests, created by Lynton V Harris, CEO of entertainment company The Sudden Impact!
Adventure World CEO Grant Laidlaw confirmed however that the show will not be returning after 26 February, and won’t be one of the park’s permanent attractions.
“Unfortunately, Lara Croft Tomb Raider Live! can’t be part of our line up forever. The company who developed Lara Croft Tomb Raider Live! have commitments to show it in other places around the world after it finishes here.”
