Legacy enters pub market
Legacy Hotels and Resorts has branched out of its hotel business and reopened The Symphony Bar in Liverpool.
Legacy will operate and manage the 10,000sq ft (930sq m) establishment, which closed in November 2006 after going into administration under its former operator – The Provence Pub Company.
The £80,000 refit included a new kitchen, furniture, gaming machines, pool tables and television screens. The revamped premises also feature a DJ area for open mic nights and live entertainment. Details: www.legacy-hotels.co.uk
