Legacy signs up seventh hotel
Legacy Hotels and Resorts has added The Quality Hotel Snowdonia in Llanberis, Gwynedd, Wales, to its existing portfolio of six British hotels.
The 106-bedroom venue will be renamed The Legacy Royal Victoria Hotel – its former name – on completion of the five-year deal, worth £750,000, with privately owned Coronet Holidays.
Andy Townsend, chief executive of Legacy, said: “We will be taking full control of the operation and management of the hotel, and thought it important to bring back the Royal Victoria name since that is how it is remembered by generations of visitors to Snowdonia.
“Our focus will be on our leisure and business guests since we have five conference suites and three restaurants, and we feel there is potential for further growth within these important markets.”
