Leisure development next to Lennon Airport
Developer, Peel Holdings, is planning a 200,000sq ft mixed-use development in south Liverpool.
Located next to Liverpool John Lennon Airport - the fastest growing regional airport in Europe - which is also owned by Peel Holdings, the development will include two hotels, a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, health and fitness club, restaurants and drive-thrus.
The company is in talks with a number of potential operators for the development, which is set to benefit from the expansion of the airport's terminal to take 4.5m passengers by 2004. Details: +44 (0)141 629 8229
