Les Mills Yoga launches to support health clubs and spas in scaling their wellness offerings

The new series of four yoga workouts has been designed to help health clubs and spas offer activities that nurture mental wellbeing
Each class is 45 minutes long

Les Mills launches a four-part series of yoga workouts to help clubs scale their yoga offering and tap into the growing demand for wellness.

Les Mills Yoga has been created to meet consumer demands for activities that enhance both their mental and physical wellbeing.

The series has four 45-minute classes:

Les Mills Yoga Yin – for deep stretching, relaxation and restoration.

Les Mills Yoga Hatha – focuses on mobility, stability and alignment.Les Mills Yoga Vinyasa – an energising flow practice that builds heat, strength and flexibility.

Les Mills Breath – offers yoga for mental clarity, focus and emotional release.

Fraser Beck, co-creator of Les Mills Yoga, said: “Activities that nurture mental wellbeing are becoming a top priority for members, so we wanted to make it easy for clubs to provide credible and effective mind/body movement that feels right for them and is easy to scale.

“This isn’t just yoga. It’s a four-part series bringing together powerful coaching and expert programming to open up various types of yoga for every body, every level and every mindset," he added.

A three-month trial of Les Mills Yoga in Swedish chains Nordic Wellness, STC and ACTIC found and an 86 per cent programme satisfaction rate across participants, with 87 per cent of participants saying they would recommend Les Mills Yoga to their friends. In addition, 94 per cent of participants were satisfied with the quality of their Les Mills Yoga instructor.

Les Mills offers a range of 30 different classes for age all groups across different exercise modalities.

These include brands such as Bodypump, Bodycombat and Bodybalance as well as circuit training (Ceremony), HIIT (Grit), Les Mills Pilates and many more. You can see the full list here.

The majority of workouts are also available on-demand for operators to serve up to members in-club via online platform, Les Mills+.
