Les Mills UK has announced it is to launch Les Mills Grit Series - a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) product - at this year's Leisure Industry Week (LIW) in Birmingham.

The workout programme is scientifically proven to provide better results than other forms of training and in less time, with Les Mills Grit Series including three 30-minute workouts.

Each of the workouts deliver a set of benefits for members - Les Mills Grit Strength aims to build muscle and Les Mills Grit Plyo is designed to build a lean, athletic body.

Meanwhile, Les Mills Grit Cardio burns fat and each of the three programmes can be offered on club floors, sports court, circuit room or outdoors in small group and team environments.

Les Mills UK CEO Keith Burnet said: "We've designed our offering so clubs can provide members a premium, PT-style workout at an affordable price, or offer it to members free as a way to add value to memberships.

"We have found that in these small groups participants feel part of a team, like in sports training, and they benefit from the one-on-one attention from their Les Mills Grit Series coach, pushing them to their limit to get the results they want."

LIW takes place at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre between 18 and 20 September. Les Mills UK will demonstrate its new Les Mills Grit Series at stand number H700.
