Lichfield recreation area officially opens
A new play area and exercise hub – located off Sainte Foy Avenue in Lichfield, Staffordshire – has been officially unveiled by the local authority.
Lichfield District Council led the development of the recreation area, which incorporates an outdoor gym; a multi-use games area; and a small cycle and jogging track. An area for skateboarding has also been created as part of the scheme, which was financed with the help of £48,000 in Section 106 contributions.
