Little Houses Group reveals plans for second site in London
Little Houses Group (LHG), which was set up to create community-led family clubs and nurseries, is launching its second site in London.
Set for an early 2024 opening, the Jesse's House club will be located in Parsons Green in West London and will be similar in concept to LHG's first site, Jaego's House in Kensal Rise.
Facilities at Jesse's House – Located on 8-10 Heathman’s Road – will include those catering for adults and children.
For adults, there is a fully equipped gym and a group exercise studio offering a wide range of classes including HIIT, dance, cardio and strength and conditioning workouts, as well as programming from Boom Cycle, triyoga, Barrecore and Pilates by Absolute Studios.
There is also a café and restaurant and a "quiet space" called The Study, designed as a work space.
For children, Jesse's House offers a kids' cinema, soft play area, a jungle gym and an outdoor play area.
Both Jaego's House and Jesse's house will offer membership, but are also open to the public.
LHG said: "Our clubs are unpretentious, fun and practical, providing families with a place to play, hang out, eat, work, and exercise.
"They are sanctuaries for parents, and places where children are allowed to be children.
"Our aim is to build a collection of community led spaces that make a difference in people's lives through education, support and enjoyment.
"In a world that can be so focused on being online, our clubs will be hubs for people to enjoy face to face interaction."
LHG is the brainchild of Charlie Gardiner, founder of hospitality business, Incipio Group.
With ambitious plans to scale the business and multiple new venues planned in the coming years, it has received investment from Imbiba, a UK-based leisure, lifestyle and entertainment investor.
