LivingWell launches Free Time for Fitness scheme

LivingWell is offering 12 hours of free membership throughout September to help people fit exercise into their busy lifestyles.

The company conducted research earlier this year which found that lack of time was one of the main barriers to exercise for most people.

The Free Time for Fitness offer is supported by a national marketing campaign, centred around the issue of time.

The campaign has a clear message that LivingWell team members are dedicated to maintaining their promise of personalised fitness for life by helping members find the time to exercise.

“LivingWell’s personalised fitness for life promise, which was launched earlier this year, is the driving force behind this campaign,” said Michael Clark, LivingWell’s health and fitness director.

“We understand that time is a barrier to keeping healthy and fit through exercise so we want to give people with busy lifestyles the opportunity to discover how to fit fitness into their lives with our personalised fitness for life programmes.”
