Local authority approves Nine Elms scheme
Wandsworth Council has approved plans for a mixed-use development in south London's Nine Elms regeneration zone, which is set to include cafés, restaurants and office space.
More than 450 residential units are also proposed as part of the Marco Polo House project, which is located on a Queenstown Road site to the east of Battersea Park.
The developer will invest more than £12m in local infrastructure schemes through a Section 106 agreement, includes an expansion of the Barclays Cycle Hire programme.
