Locum rebranded as Colliers
Locum Destination Consulting has been rebranded as Colliers International Destination Consulting.
The move comes five years after Locum was acquired by real estate giant Colliers CRE in a £2m deal (in 2006).
Jim Roberts, who has been appointed the new head of destination consulting at Colliers International, said: "Bringing the Locum brand fully under the Colliers International umbrella means a further streamlined approach for our clients and will enable us to continue expanding our international work.
"Being a part of Colliers' global network has already opened doors for us in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, where we have been working on a wide range of schemes including resorts, mixed-use developments, waterfronts and cultural and heritage attractions."
